A stroke can be a life-changing event, not only for the survivor, but for their family members and caregivers. In-person or online meetings provide an opportunity for anyone impacted by a stroke to gain information, resources, and a chance to share their stories among people who can relate to their experiences. Guest speakers from other organizations and community support organizations are featured regularly.
Monthly meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month, from 1:30 to 3:00 p.m. There is no cost to take part in the sessions. To learn more, contact us at 705-324-7323 ext 186 or wellness@ccckl.ca.
